Returns & Refunds Policy – Precision Peptides
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products suspected of improper storage
- Misordered items
- Customs seizures
- Buyers changing their mind
Refunds may only be issued if:
- The incorrect item was sent
- The product arrived damaged
- A manufacturing or packaging error occurred
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Precision Peptides cannot issue refunds for products refused by customs or seized due to legality issues in the buyer’s jurisdiction.
